Der Kintampo Wasserfall
ist einer der
eindrucksvollsten Wasserfälle in Ghana und befindet sich auf der Strecke
zwischen Kumasi und "Mole National Park". Der Pool lädt zum Baden, oder und zu einem Picknick ein.
Die "Wli
Wasserfälle" sind
die höchsten in West Afrika. Das Wasser fällt von einer ca. 80 Meter hohen
Klippe
in die Tiefe. Um an die Wasserfälle zu gelangen, läuft der
Besucher durch ein Stück Urwald, auf einem 50 cm breiten
Fusspfad und über- oder durch neun kleinere Flüsse.
Den Wasserfall umgibt unberührte Natur und vermittelt
dem Besucher das Gefühl der erste Mensch
auf diesem Fleckchen Erde zu sein.

The Kintampo Waterfalls are one of the impressive falls in Ghana. They are located on
the road from Kumasi to Mole National Park and invite for a refreshing dip in their pool
and a relaxing picnic.
The Wli Waterfalls are the highest falls in West Africa falling from a height of 60-80 meters over the cliffs. To get there one has to walk through the Rain Forest on a small footpath crossing 9 smaller streams in the process. The falls are situated in serene beauty and surrounded by nature untouched by civilization. You get the feeling of being the first person to discover this beautiful place.
